Point of View
The photo I chose was the bird's eye view of the books in the library. The process that occurred to take this photo was getting up high above my surroundings to get a realistic bird's eye view. The reason I like this photo is because of the multiple different colors displayed within the scene and also how the colors of the book, even the white pages, contrast against the background of the shelves. One thing I could do to improve for this photo is to maybe take it higher up to get a better bird's eye view or I could take it from a different angle.
Choice Based Learning
The photo I chose was the dispersion of the eagle. What I did to create this photo was to copy the eagle, stretched the copy out to the right edges, hid it behind the background and then erased the background with a specific brush to get the specs of black. I found this project extremely fun and different because of the creativity aspect. The contrast of the dark feathers of the eagle goes perfectly against the light blue sky. The dark specs make it really seem like the bird is disappearing into dust. One thing I could improve on is making sure there are no bigger spaces left out and make sure I fill them in with more dark specs.
